This Lifeguard Miraculously Saved A Little Girl From Drowning

Many of us take lifeguards for granted. The perception of these people is that they are teenagers who are more interested in getting tans than actually paying attention to what's going on in the water.

Unfortunately, more than a few lifeguards fit that description.
But this seaside lifeguard is no slouch. Watch as he saves one little girl from what could have been a total disaster.

Saving people from riptides is notoriously difficult, especially when the victim is as tiny as this girl. Luckily for her and her family, a hero was there to save the day. We may consider this a daring rescue, but I bet if you asked this guy, he'd say he was just doing his job.
